T*Agency is the youth platform powered by Schouwburg & Concertzaal Tilburg. Our platform collaborates with emerging and established talent in all aspects of culture. For us, culture is inseparable from society, which is why we also program context programs where we dissect and analyze societal themes with experts and underrepresented voices.
T*Agency is looking for a
Intern for 28 to 32 hours per week (start date in consultation)
As an intern, you will fully immerse yourself in our team. You will find yourself in an environment where you can safely experiment, where you are supported and challenged, and where collaboration is natural. Your ideas and your voice are just as important as those of the rest of the team. With your commitment, you will help connect audiences, creators, and partners.
What will you do?
- Work with the team on projects, events, and content;
- Assist with communication and social media;
- Help with organization, production, and backstage tasks during events;
- Maintain contact with creators, photographers, and other creatives;
- Contribute ideas on what is happening in youth culture and how T*Agency responds to it;
- Research how T*Agency can reach new, underrepresented target groups.
Who are you?
- You navigate or feel connected to youth culture (familiarity with the youth culture of Tilburg is a plus but not required);
- You have an interest in art, culture (media, society, politics), and/or heritage;
- You enjoy trying new things and taking initiative;
- You have an open attitude, are sociable, and love to collaborate;
- You want to gain experience in a creative, dynamic environment.
