Smart Tickets
For the ticket sales of certain performances, we – at the request of the artist – use Secure Smart Tickets. These are extra secure e-tickets that are non-transferable, thus preventing unwanted resale. You will not receive these tickets via email or post; they are exclusively available in the Ticketmatic app on your smartphone. They contain a dynamic barcode that changes every 30 seconds, which significantly reduces the risk of fraud.
How does it work?
- Install the Ticketmatic App from the AppStore or the Playstore.
- Buy tickets through the website. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note, these are not your tickets.
- Open the Ticketmatic App.
- Log in to the Ticketmatic App with the same email address you used when ordering the tickets.
In the Ticketmatic App, you will find your purchased e-tickets.
The scannable access codes on these e-tickets refresh every 30 seconds. - Have your e-tickets scanned on your phone when you visit the performance.
Note These tickets are personally linked to your email address and are non-transferable. Therefore, you cannot give them away as a gift or resell them.
