Under the direction of conductor Peter-Paul van Esch, a varied concert unfolds in which powerful orchestral sounds, sweeping rhythms and familiar melodies alternate. Classical music, symphonic arrangements and influences from popular music come together in a unique concert experience. Joined by vocal soloists, a combo and the pop choir Prestige, led by Milou Kaandorp, the orchestra brings the world of Atlantis vividly to life.

But Atlantis is more than a story about a lost civilisation. The myth also raises questions that remain relevant today. What can we learn from the past? And how can we ensure that our own world does not meet the same fate?

Before the concert, Orkest L’Aventure Reeshof and Orkest L’Aventure Noord will provide a musical pre-show in the foyer.
